Shipping & Delivery Policy for Printgenic (Packshot Studio)


Printgenic, also known as Packshot Studio, specializes in providing high-quality product photography services. Our shipping and delivery policy explains how we deliver these services to our clients.


Digital Delivery of Photographs

  1. Service Completion: Upon completion of a photography session, clients will receive a link to download the high-resolution digital photographs. This link will be sent to the client's registered email address within the agreed timeframe, typically within 5-7 business days after the session.

  2. Access to Digital Content: Clients will have access to download all purchased digital content for a period of 15 days after delivery. We encourage clients to download and securely back up their images promptly.

  3. Quality of Digital Content: We ensure that all photographs are delivered at a high resolution and in commonly used digital formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG). If a specific format is required, clients must inform us prior to the commencement of the photography session.


Physical Delivery of Goods

  1. Prints and Physical Copies: If a client requests physical prints or other tangible products, these items will be shipped via a reputable courier service. Shipping times may vary based on the client’s location and the courier’s terms. Additional charges for physical delivery will be communicated and agreed upon before shipping.

  2. Tracking and Receipt: Clients will receive a tracking number once their package is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

  3. Damages and Loss: In the event of damage or loss during shipping, clients must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, supported by photographic evidence of the damage. We will endeavor to resolve the issue through replacement or other compensatory measures.


Modifications and Cancellations

  1. Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel their booking within 24 hours of making a reservation without incurring any charges. Cancellations made beyond this period may be subject to a cancellation fee as stipulated in our Terms of Service.

  2. Changes to Orders: Requests for changes to the scope of service (e.g., additional photographs, different formats) must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Governing Law

This Shipping and Delivery Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
