Cancellation and Refund Policy of Printgenic aka Packshot Studio

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Before Shoot Commencement:

    • Clients may cancel their scheduled photography session without any charge up to 48 hours before the appointed time.

    • Cancellations made within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the booked service cost to cover reserved time and preparation expenses.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost.

  2. Post Shoot Commencement:

    • Once the shoot has commenced, clients may not cancel the session. In cases where the session is terminated by the client after commencement, the full amount of the service will be charged.

 

Refund Policy:

  1. Full Refunds:

    • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

    • In the unlikely event that Printgenic aka Packshot Studio cancels a session or fails to meet contractual obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

  2. Partial Refunds:

    • For cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the session, a partial refund of 75% of the total service fee will be provided.

    • For cancellations less than 24 hours before the session, a partial refund of 50% of the total service fee will be offered.

  3. No Refunds:

    • No refunds will be issued if the client cancels the session after it has commenced.

    • No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with the final product if it conforms to the specifications agreed upon before the commencement of the shoot. However, Printgenic aka Packshot Studio prioritizes client satisfaction and will endeavor to address reasonable concerns.

 

Processing Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation, using the original method of payment.

 

Modification of Booking:

  • Any changes to the booking (e.g., rescheduling of the session) must be requested at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time and are subject to availability. Such modifications may incur additional charges depending on the nature and timing of the changes.

Service Non-Completion:

  • If we are unable to complete the photography services due to equipment failure, illness of the photographer, or other unforeseen circumstances impacting our ability to deliver, a full refund will be provided, including the deposit.

 

Quality Disputes:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the photographs, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your images. We will endeavor to resolve the issue, which may include re-editing the photos, a partial refund, or scheduling a re-shoot at our discretion.

     

Force Majeure

  • Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this agreement that is due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

 

Agreement to Policy

  • By booking our services, you agree to this cancellation and refund policy. Please ensure you understand the terms as stated prior to confirming your appointment.
